  • Location: Beach in front of Generations
  • Attire: casual
  • No formal dinner planned; eat at any of the hotel restaurants

Friday 6-7pm: Cocktails

  • Location: Marina Maroma Beach (next door to wedding hotel)

Friday 7-11pm: Sangeet / Rehearsal Dinner

  • Location: Marina Maroma beach
  • Attire: we’ll be wearing Indian attire; you’re welcome to wear anything
  • FAQ’s: What’s a Sangeet? It’s the traditional Indian celebration the night before the wedding involving music & dance

Saturday 3:15-3:30pm: Baraat

  • Location: meet at the Marina dock
  • Groom’s side marches/dances/drums their way along the beach to the ceremony site
  • FAQ’s: What’s a Baraat? In Indian tradition, the groom’s side travels from their village to the bride’s village. A Baraat is symbolic of this march.

Saturday 3:30-4:30pm: Ceremony

  • Location: Marina Maroma Beach
  • Attire: we’ll be wearing Indian attire; you’re welcome to wear anything

Saturday 5-7pm: Cocktail hour

  • Location: Marina Maroma sky massage

Saturday 7pm-12am: Reception

  • Location: Marina Maroma Cocotales Restaurant
  • Attire: we’ll be wearing a suit and a white dress; you’re welcome to wear anything

Sunday 10am-2pm: Brunch

  • Location: Marina Maroma Arrecifes Restaurant
